Patient Services

We provide a variety of services to our patients, our goal is to make their experience as comfortable and beneficial as possible. It doesn't take much to qualify and we cover most insurance plans.

What Situations are we ideal for?

elderly coupleThere are several situations that make it difficult for patients to get to a hospital where they can have the proper procedure done without hastle. This is when we are ideal, we commonly visit patients who are elderly and have problems getting around or patients who are homebound due to illness or injury. We are also commonly visiting hospice patients. We also provide services to those with disabilities and those who have difficulty arranging transportation. We want to give everyone access to the technology and services that they require while keeping them comfortable.

What Will Qualify a Patient?

As long as a few simple requirements are met, the patient will qualify for our services and excellent care. These include:

  • Less than 5 stairs leading into their home
  • if patient is bedbound, there must be 6 inches of clearance under the bed
    • (This is for the machine's legs to fit under)

What Needs To Be Done Prior to Procedure?

paperworkThe procedure is simple and we handle everything, all that is required of the patient is to fax us a copy of the patient fax sheet and a copy of the physician order or prescription. *Authorization is needed prior to the delivery of services for in-home patients.
